WELCOME!

Hi, I’m Pearl Christie. I’m a people-centered technology professional with a background in software quality and a passion for helping people succeed.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in software quality and enterprise technology, with much of my experience centered on Salesforce. Throughout that journey, I’ve cared not only about whether technology works, but whether it works well for the people who rely on it.

My work has also given me opportunities to train and mentor others, listen to users, share knowledge, simplify complex information, and help people feel more confident with technology.

Over time, I’ve realized that these experiences share a common thread: quality, clarity, and people. Whether I’m identifying a gap, improving an experience, explaining how something works, or helping someone grow, I want to leave things—and people—better than I found them.

That’s the heart behind everything I do.

What I Learned

People are at the center of how I approach work.

Whether I'm testing a system, explaining something complicated, mentoring someone, or improving a process, I start by asking: Who is this for, and what do they need to succeed?

My career in software testing taught me to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, notice what others might miss, and advocate for the person on the other side of the experience.

Those lessons continue to shape how I approach technology, quality, and people.

What I Learned

For more than a decade, testing has been an important part of my professional journey.

It taught me that quality isn't simply about whether something works. It's about whether it works for the person who needs it.

Along the way, I discovered another part of the work I really enjoy: helping someone understand, sharing what I've learned, mentoring others, listening to users, and making complicated things feel a little easier.

Those experiences showed me that quality and empowering people don't have to be separate—they can be part of the same work.

What I Bring

What I Learned

What I Bring

  • Making the complex understandable — breaking down information so people can learn and move forward with confidence.

  • A people-first perspective — thinking beyond the task to understand the person, their needs, and their experience.

  • An eye for what others may miss — a strength sharpened through years of quality assurance and problem-solving.

  • Teaching and mentoring — sharing knowledge, encouraging others, and helping people build confidence.

  • Curiosity and thoughtful questions — taking the time to understand how something works, why it matters, and where it can be improved.

  • A commitment to quality — caring about the details while never losing sight of the people the work is meant to serve.
