My career has been built around understanding how people interact with systems, processes, and information—and finding ways to make those experiences better.

For more than a decade, I've worked in software quality across a variety of industries, with much of my experience centered on Salesforce and enterprise applications.

Quality has taught me to look closely, ask thoughtful questions, uncover gaps, understand how people actually work, and advocate for solutions that work well for the people who depend on them.

Throughout my career, I've also had opportunities to teach, mentor, listen to users, share knowledge, simplify the complex, and help others succeed.

Together, those experiences have shaped a people-centered approach that I bring to software quality.

I'm energized by opportunities to make things better for people.

Sometimes that means identifying an issue before it reaches a user. Other times it means explaining something complex, mentoring someone, sharing knowledge, or helping improve an experience.

What connects those moments is the opportunity to bring clarity, quality, and a human perspective to the work.

Curiosity has been a constant throughout my career.

I enjoy learning new things—not simply to collect another skill, but to understand how something works, why it matters, and how that understanding can help someone else.

That curiosity has taken many forms throughout my career—from learning complex systems and business processes to exploring new ways to teach, mentor, communicate, simplify, and create positive experiences for people.

For me, learning isn't about constantly chasing the next thing. It's about staying curious, continuing to grow, and finding meaningful ways to put what I learn to use.
